I’m excited to announce that I’ll be leading a technical communications session at CMMA’s Fall Conference next month in Park City, UT, kicking off the Monday programming. Last year, I participated in a panel on YouTube in the enterprise at the Scottsdale, AZ conference. I think my strong opinions helped keep the discussion lively, and I’m aiming to spark another great conversation this time around.
To lighten the mood, I plan to show a humorous video that highlights what can happen when communications are handled by people without the right tools to “keep things afloat.”
I hope to post my presentation afterward for anyone interested and, if possible, record the session to share on my blog. If official recording isn’t allowed, I’ll at least try to capture it with my own camera. Stay tuned!
