Try Something New for 30 Days
– Add or subtract something for 30 days
– Write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days by writing 1667 words a day
– Small changes = sustainable and easier to add habits than remove a habit
– Have a buddy to keep you on track (stay honest)
– Pick a challenge that is interesting
