OK I am proud of this one…come on you have to admit that is funny!
Tyler Finding Nemo
Our church had a little get together last night. They played Finding Nemo outside by the playground and did a really good job with it. They served popcorn, sweedish fish, gummy worms, and goldfish which of course was fitting for the movie. They had little fish tents setup so the kids could hang out in them too. Tyler is on a sunglasses kick recently and insisted that he wore his sunglasses throughout almost the entire movie.
Google Me Trailer
For everyone who has Google’d themselves, this movie is for you (hint: everyone has probably Google’d themselves at least once). Office Space is one of my favorite movies and in it Michael Bolton proclaims that the famous singer is a “no talent clown” (he actually added another a word in there but this is a family oriented blog) ever since he became famous and stole his identity/name. Can you imagine having someone ultra famous with your exact same name? Luckily I reserved jeremyperson.com years ago and Jeremy#2 below has jeremyaperson.com (bet he hates me). If you are a Jeremy Person, I want to talk to you. It is so strange to think we have the same name. When I was in Portland over the weekend I was going through one of the “Street of Dreams” condos and one of the agents had his card on a desk with the name of “Ryan Person”. I haven’t met another “Person” outside of my family so if you are a “Person”, contact me!

My Mom & I at Timberline Lodge
It was a whopping 44 degrees without wind chill up at Timberline Lodge Friday afternoon. Timberline has an elevation of 5,960 ft above sea level (hence the name…so high trees won’t grow) and where they filmed The Shining with Jack Nicholson. I got some yummy coffee to warm up.

Phoebe’s Food Bank
I had this link sent to me and really liked it because I love when those who appear to be up against all odds prevail and show the world what they can really do with a little help. Phoebe has raised more than $30,000 to feed poor families in San Francisco last June.

A Day Worth Living Is A Day Worth Remembering
Don’t let life pass you by, try and savor the special moments in life. I am 11,588 days old and you may have had more or less days on Earth than myself. When you look back at your life thus far, how many special moments come to mind? If you are struggling to think of something you may want to alter how you are living your life. My general rule is if you are pondering whether to do something, ask yourself if doing what you are pondering will likely be remembered in a positive way for the rest of your life. If the answer to the question is yes, if it will benefit yourself, and others without harming anyone, I say it is something worth doing and chances are it will be a day worth living!
